How It Works

The agent ingests a patient's complete medication list including dosages and frequencies. A Normalizer node standardizes drug names and maps them to interaction databases (DrugBank, RxNorm). A Checker node evaluates all pairwise and multi-drug interactions, scoring severity. Results are presented with clinical recommendations and alternative medication suggestions.
